The hotel had unbeatable location just off the square and the souks, to two supermarkets-`` Aswak Assalam '' and a restaurant. The selection of good fresh bread, pancakes, and jam was a bonus. The staff was wonderfully friendly and superfriendly all the time.

We recently had a fantastic romantic escape in Morocco. The accommodation we stayed at was simply amazing. The first thing that struck us was the staff. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality was second to none. They took the time to give us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The location was perfect too, right in the heart of the historic district. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions, which was a huge plus. Another great aspect was the traditional Moroccan decor, which really added to the authentic feel of our stay.
While we had a great time on our romantic escape, there were a couple of minor issues that we noticed. the room wasn't quite as spacious as we were expecting, but this didn't cause us too much trouble.

I recently spent three lovely nights at Riad Le Plein Sud. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us navigate the confusing streets of the Medina. The hotel itself was a beautifully maintained oasis, with peaceful rooms and a refreshing plunge pool. The rooftop view was stunning, especially during sunset prayer calls. The breakfast served around the pool was delightful, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the start of the souk. Chaouki, the owner, was extremely helpful and organized airport transfers and a trip to the waterfall. an excellent stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel's traditional Moroccan design with contemporary influences was absolutely stunning. The decor in the general areas was so elegant and charming, it really gave a sense of being in a different time and place. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy navigation and comfortable seating areas throughout. It made moving around the hotel a breeze and allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay without any worries.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance with carrying luggage. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have some extra assistance in handling heavier bags.

The hotel's location is perfect , nestled in a friendly neighborhood that is going through a lot of renovation. From the road junction in front of you, it's easy to find your way by the river. You are in everything. the staff is wonderful, from the night guard who looks after you on the trip, to the friendly and helpful people running it. the rooms are comfortable with lovely views over the souk. the food is always delicious, and the service is impeccable. They make you feel welcome and at home, with authentic local food and a lovely chill, out break for adults.
Some low, cost improvements, such as adding toiletries, a jug of water, glasses, and a hairdryer in the guest rooms.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The location was convenient, as I was able to walk easily to the main square and other tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the breakfast area which served delicious food. Despite being located down some rather rough back alleys, I felt safe and secure during my stay.
No negatives from this place.

We had a fantastic time at this charming riad. the staff, especially Halil, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast, with delicious mint tea and homemade crepes, was a delightful start to the day. Despite the weak wifi in the rooftop room, we still had a great experience.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.
